The Multi Style Yoga Teacher Training program at the Yog Ashram in Rishikesh upholds the integrity of Hatha yoga as it was formerly traditionally practiced. We included ashtanga and vinyasa without sacrificing the principles and teachings of hatha yoga, the foundation of all yoga practices. To assist people on a physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual level, both teachers and pupils must possess additional skills. They must master a range of yoga techniques to achieve this, give authenticity to the practice, increase knowledge, wellbeing, and good health.
